Lidsey Barns, was a development of immense character, and once completed was put forward by local authorities to be considered for a Conservation Area Award. After the judging was complete we were awarded this accolade in the Conservation Area Design Awards 2001. To say the least we are proud of our achievement, as we believe that it takes a special eye to turn ruins of this kind into a first class development.

The barns are located in a beautiful courtyard setting, and comprise of six stone and brick barns with clay tile roof's, dating back to 1706. All barns were completed with 10 year Zurich building guarantee's and 25 year woodworm and rising damp guarantee's. Every home came with a luxury fitted kitchen and appliances, luxury fitted bathroom's with handmade cabinetry, fitted wardrobes and a high electrical specification including an infra red intruder alarm. All gardens were landscaped, seeded, planted with tree's and shrubs and were either screened for privacy with close board fencing or stone and brick walls. Please browse the photographs of each properties development and don't forget the Before & After page to see how it used to be.
